I no longer have to stay late because of the phone… the nursing team has their time back.
As the workload is low volume and the system is easy to use, whenever a consultant is on-call they will now be responsible for responding to the PIFU queries in Accurx, saving us on unnecessary outpatient appointments.
Patients love the quick updates and we’re not filling up clinic slots.
