A new independent evaluation led by Unity Insights and Prova Health has highlighted how Self-Book from Accurx could bring benefits of at least £123M over five years to NHS primary care.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation trust started using Accurx to deliver remote care quickly to its patients. Fast forward to today, and Accurx is embedded across the organisation as part of the digital offering.

Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust successfully completed a six-month pilot with Accurx to improve patient experience, introduce more efficient processes and achieve better communication between primary and secondary care. So how did it go and what were the results?
