Get involved
Accurx is built in close collaboration with the people who use and support it. This page shares the ways you can get involved; whether by piloting new features, partnering with us, or representing Accurx as an ambassador.
Partnership opportunities
Interested in integrating with Accurx or exploring partnership opportunities?
Accurx is trusted by 98% of GP practices and used in 70% of hospitals across the UK, helping healthcare teams communicate seamlessly and deliver better patient care.
If your organisation is interested in integrating with Accurx or exploring partnership opportunities, we’d love to hear from you. Register to share your ideas and we’ll be in touch to discuss how we can work together to improve healthcare communication.
Are you a GP practice interested in working more closely with our product teams? The Touchpoint Partner programme gives you the opportunity to test new ideas, share feedback and influence what we build, while developing a closer, more collaborative relationship with Accurx.
What does this mean for you?
You’ll have a dedicated relationship with one of our product teams, with opportunities to give direct feedback, share ideas and suggestions, and access early concepts and features. You may also play a role in shaping how these develop.
What does this mean for Accurx?
We’ll be able to work closely with you to sense-check ideas and test new concepts to improve what we build.
Are you a GP Practice who would like to test live features before it’s more widely released?
Before we launch new big features we often test on a subset of users to get feedback on the feature and experience before launching it more widely. This controlled setting allows us to fix any issues that come up, improve the experience if necessary, and give us confidence to launch the feature more widely.
What does this mean for you?
You’ll get early access to new Accurx features and play an important role in informing whether and how they are rolled out more widely through feedback on your experience. Unlike the Touchpoint Partner programme, this focuses on testing live features rather than being involved earlier in the product development process
What does this mean for Accurx?
We’ll be able to contact you for feedback on the feature experience ahead of a wider launch, helping us refine and improve before release.
Are you interested in supporting other organisations to improve how they use Accurx? We know our users are the real innovators, and we’re building a network of Accurx Ambassadors who support other organisations by sharing their learning through shadowing sessions, webinars and events.
We’re currently recruiting new Ambassadors - register your interest and we’ll be in touch to discuss availability and remuneration.
Host the Accurx team for a ‘day in the life’ of your practice’
Meet the team face to face and share how Accurx fits into your day-to-day work
We pride ourselves on building Accurx around what practices actually need, and spending time with you helps us continue to design tools that genuinely support your day-to-day work. You can invite us to observe, shadow staff, and share feedback on what’s working well or where we can improve.
Patient privacy: all Accurx staff are trained in confidentiality and information governance. No data is recorded or shared, and we’re happy to sign confidentiality agreements if required.
Looking for a change of scenery for your leadership team, or need some extra meeting space? We love welcoming NHS teams into our office and may be able to support anything from strategic planning sessions to leadership offsites.
We primarily host during the day, but can occasionally accommodate events outside standard working hours. Drop us a line workplace@accurx.com to check availability and see how we can help.
