The AVT Academy Webinar

Inside England's largest rollout of Ambient Voice Technology in secondary care

University Hospitals of Leicester (UHL) and University Hospitals of Northamptonshire (UHN) have appointed Accurx, powered by Tandem, to lead England’s first multi-Trust procurement of AI-powered medical scribe technology.

The Trusts are currently rolling out the technology to ~10,000 clinicians across five hospitals and community services - and they are committed to sharing their learnings with other NHS organisations wishing to roll out AVT at-scale.

Covering what worked, the barriers Trusts need to plan for, and how to achieve safe, confident, organisation-wide deployment at pace, this unmissable webinar will also feature a Q&A session.

Hear directly from:

Dr Satya Raghuvanshi, Vice President of Clinical, Accurx; Will Monaghan, Group Chief Digital Information Officer, UHL & UHN; Pip Hodgson, Group Digital Transformation Specialist, UHL & UHN

How Accurx enables integrated neighbourhood teams to work as one

Work as one team across organisational boundaries

Integrated neighbourhood team members from health, local authority and VCSFE can work together from one shared digital space. No separate email chains or chasing updates across systems.

  • Secure messaging between team members
  • Every professional involved in the resident's care can see all relevant conversations
  • Choose which services to bring together around a resident

Replace the spreadsheet with a live, shared list

All residents under the care of the neighbourhood team are visible from a shared list.

  • Live, shared caseload replacing team spreadsheets
  • Add, edit or remove residents from the list so it is always up to date
  • Full visibility of the current status of each resident

Coordinate care continuously

Teams can update each other, share information with the resident and hand over actions asynchronously. Coordination becomes continuous, with no need for a meeting to progress a resident's care.

  • Send messages to residents and colleagues from the same platform
  • All conversations linked to an individual resident keeping communication in one place
  • Save conversations to the record

Every agreed action gets assigned, tracked and completed

The team can suggest tasks, see what is outstanding, what has been done and who is responsible.

  • Create tasks for any resident on the caseload
  • Assign to a named professional or team
  • Set deadlines and track the status of each task
